IMO Australia could play a huge role in reducing globale emissions if we stopped looking at the issue in such a negative light.
Australia has massive reserves of energy, not only of the fossil fuel variety but solar, geothermal - and of course uranium. We need a government with vision to start exploiting these and stop propping up the coal industry while whining about the costs.
