Did anyone else see Switzer interview the Century 21 smooth talker who gave reasons for Australia being different to the rest of the world because we live in bigger more expensive houses and pride as two of his reasons for the housing market highs, then I had to change channel when Switzer said "who cares if prices fall and you end up with negative equity, it doesnt matter as long as you can keep paying the debt repayments!" For a supposed financial expert that one comment lost me, I can't believe the amount of denial floating around....
