I cannot believe my ears!Switzer is interviewing Simon Bond from RBS Morgans and this guy(who has been a property bull till now evidently) started banging on about house price declines and risk etc and Switzer cuts him off!!
And I quote, "enough of the pessimism for now....how about some stock growth picks!!)
