I did not see the actual program but Roger Montgomery who did the program classes VLA at C4 which in his mind is a "dog" stock
Westfields is lower than this so it is a measure of their future that he calculates A1 being the top C5 the lowest

His idea is that you buy stocks for long term with the same figures that you would use to purchase a business, what is it's intrinsic value?

Possible new discoveries, or a new drill hole do not factor into his figures so speculative stocks are really not included in his calculations
