Sorry bout the late reply mate. Haven't been on HC for a while. I'm still holding mate. Seems to be someone getting out whilst someone is getting in. So just a question who is making the better choice. The settlement is dragging on but the court case did as well so it seems that's how these things play out in that part of the world. All lawyer fees should be covered by the award so shouldn't be coming out of SWJ's expenses. They will need to raise regardless of the award to finance production so your punt on a SPP may prove correct. High risk but I think the reward is worth waiting for. I'll wait a few more months before I reassess but hopefully there's some action sooner.
