    I would have to disagree.

    Buy when there is blood in the streets so its no different to buying your own stock back.

    If profits last FY were at $120m per-significant write offs and the underlying nett was $69m I would expect apart from covid-19 the company was ticking along reasonably ok.

    With the sale of Pacific Mags to Bauer and the cash coming in from that sale my opinion is that buying back $20m worth of shares at these levels if they cannot find a better acquisition would be prudent.

    From memory interest on the debt was around $21m which is not a hue amount for the debt outstanding.

    Once we are on top of the covid-19 and we are back to some normality I feel SWM will bounce strongly.

    If there is 100m less shares out there it IMO will bounce back even more aggressively and then they can look at placing that same stock back in to the market at say 50c.

    To me a good option.
