    Over either the ODN Board/Management and/or the Gridcomm Board/Shareholders?

    Maybe...and "maybe" is a big "if"...it will break the gridlock? (That's assuming both sides want a "deal"?

    Who knows?

    Lesson: don't ever invest your hard-earned cash based on an MOU. It may prove to be worth something? Or may be a useless bit of paper?
