The opposite to wisdom is said to be folly or foolishness. The opposite to sin is virtue, righteousness, some say faith. But I think wisdom is the opposite to sin. My reasons are if as Solomon (who according to legend should know) said, wisdom is a gift from God, and sin is an offence or trespass against God this would indicate they are opposites. Also sin is for short term gain or gratification and its punishment is some time off in the future. Wisdom often has a short term cost or deprivation while its benefit is some time in the future.
