re: the most logical outcome Extralite makes his point, however, I doubt that the Crazy John variation would likely occur until after resolution of the Court action involving Telstra (ie: Crazy John suing Telstra over the issue of trailing commissions, etc). That action is at a very early stage of proceedings and, in the absence of any form of settlement (unlikely) could go through to late 2005 /into 2006 before being decided.
