Why should SXG make such a move at present?
SXG have more than enough good stuff on their hands at present without the distraction of dealing with NAG and all their baggage.
Further, given the ROFR SXG has over NAG assets, and their elevated interest in JVs, it make sense for SXG to just sit back and wait for NAG management and finances to implode.
I personally would like to see them both joined together for one big overall project, but not under the current situation with NAG. Certainly no NAG management is worth incorporating in any combined group.
PS I thought you were a very anti SXG bod? If this is the case, why the change?
