To highlight the upside and downsides of SXG drill intercepts;
yes, great reported grades downhole. However, at 700m depths look at the longer term mining viabilitÿ. From this point of view i can only see two styles of mining possible;underground narrow vein or cave in style like Cadia. I don't think the latter style would be approved for that part of Victoria.
Whilst the early shareholders will make a good payout, longer term i can see this project dramatically fall once talk of mining feasibility is looked into.
i looked at the detail of the individual intercepts in the Table 1. There are intercepts that are selective and do not show the adjacent connected wallrock grades.
i can see Sunday Creek being another A1 style mine. Consistent 10 to 20 thous oz a year producer.
