When some one is holding this down at present prices I say grab as much as you can afford and hold. Just think of the possibility for next 2-3 years. This could possibly return all of the present stock price in dividends and has potential to raise multi bagger in the same period. Not a lot of such stocks on asx.
Good history of dividend payment.

Reasonable entry barrier
