They get the current market price without paying a hedging premium - they may actually come out ahead. I understand that the way they present their results in terms of the average aud realised price over the last 12 months includes adjustment for the costs of hedging. Their latest results show a aud $65 average realised price per barrel - they aren't getting any benefit from that hedging premium at the moment!
