Yes, energy is probably the only sector that has remained undervalued since March. I expect money to start flowing in there once the path forward for the economy becomes clearer. The longer oil stays at these depressed prices, the stronger the move up will be. There's literally no exploration being done and more than half of US shale is not profitable at these prices.
