    slide from PSA preso today. They have existing producing fields in HURRICANE ALLEY in the Gulf of Mexico and are now trying to raise funds to restart oil production in Yemen in the middle of a FREAKIN WARZONE !!!!!!!

    Last time I checked, the COOPER BASIN had benign weather conditions and was Relatively Peaceful !!!!!!!!
