Well how do you deal with a society that believes its OK to use children to throw themselves on minefields (in the Iran-Iraq War)--whose current President was actually instrumental in that policy during that war--and who think it's OK to hang or stone teenage women who committ adultery.
I don't agree with Bush's decision to invade Iraq. Secular Iraq under Saddam was actually a safer bet for its neighbours (particularly after its disarmament) then the religious zealot-led Iraq.
Clinton did his best but he was living in dreamland if he thought that Arafat would ever give up his dream of returning Jerusalem to the Palestinians. The peace accords were thus fatally flawed. The Arab and Iranian radicals have to learn to love their children more than they hate Israel.
