Untill PLL solves TESLA OT deal, PLL is not a takeover or merger partner potential for anyone.

When SYA sighed the OT with PLL $900 was decent but as a ceiling showed desparation from SYA for cash at the time

Conversely PLL great deal with SYA doesnt mean PLL will make huge profits for NAL as most of the benefits could flow to Tesla via it's OT if any ceiling price was set plus where will PLL get the shortfall as SYA 50% is not enough to fulfill the OT without buying more in spot market or buying/developing another mine.

On the flipside PLL will not longer be able to get funding for a TO of SYA in the current capital markets
