Fair cop. Thanks for digging up that Telsa offtake, I agree with your assessment that PLL may be in a whole lot of trouble over the next few years. It's hard to see how the OT would favour anyone other than Telsa. It does raise the question though that if the Tesla price is so low why'd they set the price so high on the SYA OT. Perhaps their hand was forced with current market pricing, or perhaps they were banking on their hydroxide plant to be up and running. Only time will tell I guess.

To tie it back to the merger discussion, I think in that scenario the chance is slim to none: there won't be anything there to merge with.
