I could see this as something that could cross their minds. It will certainly be an interesting next couple of years for PLL who will be raking in the lion's share of profit from NAL with possible continued resistance to setting up their own operations. A company going through those struggles and flush with cashflows can absolutely become a takeover target of their SP drops to low. IMO the best outcome for SYA in that scenario is that they will need to be the front runner to buy PLL. Letting it go to some vulture who will strip out the guts of PLL and just leech off of NAL cashflows will be a major PITA for SYA.
