So, I'm starting a new one because it needs delineation again. The purpose of this thread is to be a place where people who have an interest in the technicals of charting can post opinions and charts and have a discussion where ideas and knowledge is shared. As most know, good TA is an integral part of trading and investing and SP movement is always represented primarily in charting form, so may this be a space where the input of people with knowledge and an interest in charting is respected and valued.

In no particular order, perhaps @mikesz @bushmaster @strateg1c8 @noneother @Hsinvest @vermkart @sunny1984 @hoots @Patterns might consider posting here, and of course anyone else with TA based commentary is welcome to get on board also. It should also be a great opportunity for those interested in learning to participate with their own charts, ask questions et al. At least I hope so.

So, a chart, and this is a kind of Macro chart plotting the story over the last 9 months, which has been pretty interesting. The SP has hit 5.3c twice recently, which as mentioned previously also happens to be the 61.8% from 12c highs, and then retraced back from there to 4.7c, which is proving to be some support for the time being. No definitive breakout can be confirmed just yet, and if 4.7c breaks it may work its way down to 4.2c, or even 3.8c in the shorter term. On the upside, if 5.3c pops, 6.6c then 7.1c are your next targets. Beyond that? Well….

Volume is dropping away though, so where will the news come from given that DFS and permitting are now delayed? Western Australian drilling results perhaps? Lets see.

The thing of interest to watch on SYA daily View attachment 1205205 View attachment 1205205 charts over the next few days is whether the 8EMA can crunch price through and above the 200SMA. It is looking more like doing this each day.
