And if they are so sure and confident with their persistence to apply, why not show that by dipping the hand into the pocket in a capital raise? Or is this just a last gasp attempt to get project approval at Authier, having come so far already? And all of this to the current backdrop of current Lithium price, oversupply fears et al.
There are far more questions than answers right now.
