I believe MOUs are a good chance near term however, and wouldnt be surprised with an announcement including targeting production commencing mid 2018 based on competitors timelines.

I'll try the office re update on PFS and report back.

Would be nice to have a clearer explanation on delays, although often only partially in companies control with outsourced studies. I don't believe gxy pricing takes ~2 months to incorporate. It's a very simple input, and unlikely to be used anyway when considering industry standard price and a projected 10y average. Having said that, it would be interesting to run multiple price scenarios
