Yeah, Mine+refinery= > NPV C$750m, I m being conservative here. Sometime, u just don't believe u can get it so so cheap now. next catalysts, DFS, resource expansion and off take. PLS & AJM go through the same process, we been there before, just don't sell and no regret till the end game.
