IMO, there is no need to be heroic, let the dust settle first b4 tip toe in ..there will be a period of consolidation..who know when..but it is likely to be volatile or worst capitulating for penny mining stocks when the news headline "oversupply" hit the street.
I don't think it is all over, it definitely take time to get back on its feet...so, relax, always surprises on the upside and downside..no body actually know for sure..your guess is equally good as mine. I would rather wait for a new floor cement to dry b4 standing on it. GL
