Between now and say end-May, I think we'll be quite subdued.
Off the top of my head, the placement shares commence trading early May, and shortfall (if any) will hit market at the end of May.
This will keep some downward price pressure for some time. My sense is that the low 5s will be the anchor until they're truly flushed out (say early June).
