Price manipulation at its best. To either:
- in conjunction with capping to keep price low so they can accumulate lower. This scares retailers into selling when they think there is a lot of selling pressure (see line at 5.1)
- or push the price action in a certain direction so it appears it's breaking TA or following TA, depending on what suits them
