I can't jump to those kind of conclusions, but what was interesting is that this order for $495k worth - in a single hit, was not made "at market", in which case the order would've sat at a bid of 4.1c, it was priced specifically at 4.2c, even though there were shares being offered at 4.1c when placed.
That is, someone wanted to make sure they got their fill.
