That's not what technical analysis is about. No-one can predict what the market is going to do. All we can do is "guess" based on certain probabilities etc. like a flag pattern that has measured targets.

It basically boils down to; buy it if it's going up (up trend), sell it if it's going down (down trend). Consistency in risk management and money management is the game changer for charting. I.e. false breakouts occur more often than not, cutting losers early is a requirement for any plan. Occasionally you may get onto one that runs up quite a lot, trying to stay with that trend is the other part of the plan.
