    I tried buying late yesterday at 25, to see what the bot reaction would be.

    Unfortunately the trade went through at 24.8...so they are still capping it to BELOW 25.

    The handbrake is still on.

    We need the macro to have a sustained improvement, or some great news to drop before we move higher....
