Yes I agree SYA has provided better returns than major indices.
Currently SYA has beta of .7 in comparison to S&P 500 of 1, which is calculated using regression analysis over the period of time, means SYA Sp is less volatile in comparison to overall market and any change in S&P 500 by 1 point SYA SP should change by .7 either way.
