It's not "still declining" .
If you said it hasn't broken from the downtrend, well fair enough.
It's not, "still declining" from 11 cents.
11 acts as a strong support.
Strong chance it will break the downtrend line.
At this level, it is a good risk / reward play.
If it breaks to 10.5, out, good support, good safety net!
