when these CR are done to insto's its an easy lazy way of raising capital, they get a sweetheart deal that is essentially stealing from the SH's who have spent good money pushing the SP uphill !
the insto's also IMO are given extra confidence from managements that there will be some good ann coming out to ensure there investment will be a success & there will be a market for them to take profits.
if the CR is made to SH's it involves more work managing the offer & that is why the dumb SH's miss out big time ?
with the SPP its a smidgein of what the instos are being given so dont expect to get 30k worth of shares, better buy them at this price & get your fill. good luck all.
