If I am right in my assumption that spod from NAL will be converted into battery grade chemicals by an American company in China, does it then not follow that the material produced will be IRA compliant?
Would it also not follow that the compliant chemicals should then attract a premium because it will be IRA compliant?
I think the new PR guy should have a pretty easy time selling that story.
