when you write "NAL is forced to divert spod to that plant" be it that "other plant" (Arcadium's or anyone else) ... who is going to "force" NAL to do that?
Are you suggesting the Quebec Gov't is going to step in and "force" that to happen?

Convenient that Dougal left off the whole jointly owned plant aspect and what's required to get that approved - but we know what required for that don't we.
Surprised @Eltski why you didn't ask the CFO of SYA how it would fund its 75% share of the Capex required for the JV to resume construction of the carbonate plant should such a FID decision to go ahead be made by the JV.
Far from muddying waters ... you got to be truly complete as well as completely true.
