It is FOREVER. Until a carbonate plant is up and running and the excess not required is directed to PLL Forever. Do we have a carb plant? Are we selling for profit? Is PLL buying for less than cost? These are all Facts. The biggest elephant in the room is if we can reach nameplate at rate that makes profit. This isnt happening yet.
The refinery is a big IF at the moment unfortunately as both companies are unable to fund it. A study has been with both companies for a while. So until I see an announcement that we are going ahead to build out the refinery I don't believe we have a way to do it.
Its why the OTA is such ass.
