Yes and once LD has an independent BOD the AJM cartel will get picked off, that also why RCF have waited umtil after completion to take their 'conditional' placement plus BOD oversight. Remember RCF cleaned up on the deal to buy the assets AJM mismanged into the ground, just by removing
the management the value of ALO went up 400% in mere months. SYA finds itself in the same position today, a simple clear out of the BOD would result in at least a 300% uptick in valuation.
