Agree - Sometimes the average rights holder doesn't get too many as a 1 for whatever , so would just be bonus to hold on IMO .
A lot of liquidity can come from the shortfall or large placement positions .
Some volatility early on but they usually settle into a discount from the heads that's reflecting the bullish / bearish sentiment of the heads .
