Depends - generally speaking it is usually the other way around (share price increases/decreases first, and then the oppies will follow the sentiment).
Although slightly up today, the volume was miniscule so it doesn't really reflect the overall sentiment. In fact yesterday, although it was only down by a pip (0.017) at close, most of the volume was traded around 0.014 (if I remember correctly) - i.e. had it closed at that price, it would have been 20+% down.
