You, all holder entitle to this, should have received a sayona prospectus from computershare investor services, a 43 pages of explanations and conditions, with this a single A4 letter called "entitlement and acceptance form". They give you several way to accept, pay for the offer, Bpay included ( a biller code and a ref number).
I know that calling the company was mentioned somewhere but I didn't see that option on their form.
