New holder do not have the right for the 3.2c share or the option to buy more, buying the SAYARD give them access to it. They pay for the SAYARD + 3.2 cent and have a share. Those SAYARD are at around 0.008c now, add 3.2c and it equal to 4c, the share is at 4.4c now, that is a 10% discount. Yes there are a lot of if, and prediction of price holding or not but it is still about 10% discount right now !!
