Whoever answered ur call at ANZ is not taking responsible of ur query.
It is your broker's duty to ensure the right is listed in ur account such as for those holders bought under nabtrade. The right has started trading since late last week and I would suggested u to call ANZ to get them follow up for u.
It is very unacceptable to send u to places that none of them seems to have any idea of whats going on...poor zenzen...only if u have a full service acc then u wouldnt need to do all these by urself
