Killswitch, Deferred settlement trading ends on the 15th May and entitlement trading ending on 17th May. I would suggest you look at the announcement dated 8th May.
If you own SYA you can apply for your full entitlement plus additional shares, as long as there is not many entitlements traded it is highly likely you will get some if not all of your additional shares. The directors have entitlements of around 13M and have indicated a take up of anywhere between 3M and 8M. I would also imagine a lot will not bother if they only hold a few. Unless the SP rises most interested in options may not subscribe and buy the options on market.
