Ken Rutherford was talking about 15mtpa which would produce just over 5,000 tonnes of RE metals at a fraction of the CAPEX of ARU. (with Gina's name on the register which would have helped, with possible connections there). If the metallurgy falls in place for RDM as expected, RDM would be the jewel in Australian RE sector, there would be no logical region why RDM shouldn't get a large debt package. I hope all is progressing as soon as practical.
