agreed
what may put the pedal to the metal here is
1..simple open pit..starting basically from surface minimal upfront costs and HEAPS of optionality
2..Govt's from USA and Aust wanting to "break from China" for dependence on these type of rare earths
3..price inflation over the next 2 years
4..Stage 2 within 6 months I think...OPINION ONLY
