Thanks, I haven't come across this one. Will be looking out for their scoping study and then I'll do a head to head under the same pricing assumption they use. First read is same as you, it will be capex intensive: 1. SAG mill, 2. WHIMS (very CAPEX intensive units) 3. hot acid tank leaching (and filtering) so exotic materials of construction. But will wait for the scoping study.

I think they have these the wrong way round, HPAL (high pressure acid leach) is 200degC+, and there's no way you can do an open tank leach at 360degC with sulphuric acid, 98% sulphuric acid boils at 337degC! So if they are doing low(er) CAPEX tank leaching, then they will be getting ~40% NdPr and ~25% DyTb recoveries.. about half RDM, which cancels out their double head grade.
