"planning on another acquisition"
Probably, they have had Seychelles for a while - bout time they acquired a new asett, sold Seychelles and did some capital raising to fund new project.
The WHN cycle is so predictable that I actually think its possible to play WHN based on this cycle and I am waiting for their next asset, buy in, ride the rally, sell high.
I just find it disgusting that they can do it over and over again and get away with it.
