I look into realestate.com.au and start to see some different: previously majority just advertised for auction or negotiate without any price and now you begin to see a large number advertised with a price.

What a cool change.

I presume previously when you have open house, you will get at least 50 or 100 people viewing it and there is no need to put up the price and just let people auction.

As enthusiasm is waning you need to show the price to give the buyer the idea of how much they are selling otherwise they wouldn't turn up in an open house.
