    No surprise, Kincella, given prices were still rising in April and May (just) last year.
    That said, I'm guessing you might be able to see a trend in these (APM) numbers:
    March Q 2010 - Annual price growth of 16.2%
    Sept Q 2010 - Annual price growth of 11.5%
    Dec Q 2010 - Annual price growth of 6.0%
    Mar Q 2011 - Annual price growth of 2.0%
    And those are from (Fairfax owned) APM, who have a bit of a bullish tendancy (lol)
