I highlighted the same point in the CAZ thread eariler today, I was simply outlining where WES with go with this.

Given CAZ & BLK have both legally pegged vacant land watch the pollies go up in arms and start saying the renewal system is flawed we need to come up with a better system.......but that ain't an excuse for either RIO or WES

WES have stated they will do everything to get back and s.111A would appear the only avenue of appeal. That being the case all attention goes to the WA Supreme Court and the hearing of the last 2 days
