I don't believe that the decision on CAZ was ever made by Bowler he just sat in the seat and followed the decision that Carpenter had already made, absolutely no excuse for the judge to excuse Carpenter and Clifford from being examined they were the lead act in this schrade W.A. Government is a bigger joke than Bettie and his bull s*** on the water.
How any sane voter would vote a Labour Fed Gov is beyond me, there is not one of the Labour states that is not full of corruption or stuff ups, it is amazing that the voters in those states keep returning these criminals who hide behind cabinets 30 secrecy rule.
